Private Label Tours wants to make your vacation experience exceptional. To help us do this, we strive to learn as much as possible about our guests, and theme experts, to better assist them with their vacation plans. When assisting you with your tour plans, we ask for some mandatory and optional information. We promise to safeguard this information and to keep it confidential.
Your Information And When We Request
You may reserve a tour or complete a reservation via phone, email or by visiting www.privatelabeltours.com. In doing so, we will then ask you to provide some basic information (including your name, address, phone number and credit card number, security code and expiration date) so that we may identify you, contact you and complete your reservation. At times, we may require additional information to provide you with the highest level of guest service. Below is a description of some of the additional information we may need to properly assist you:
Your Flight Information
We will request your flight information to know approximately what time and day you will be arriving to join the tour. Also in order to provide you with any necessary transfers to and/or from your airport, and/or to ensure that you will have the necessary time to arrive at the airport for your flight.
Dietary Restrictions and Preferences
We understand that many guests prefer or are required to follow certain diets. We try to accommodate these choices and needs whenever possible. To accomplish this, your dietary preferences need to be recorded in your guest record. This information is then transferred to your Tour Director, who contact the various restaurants and hotels we work with to ensure that your requirements can be met.
Your General Health Condition
We may need information about your age, gender, and general health so that we can assist in safeguarding your personal health and safety.
How We Collect Your Information
We desire to improve our website and your experience there. Accordingly, we collect and review information about those that visit the Private Label Tours website. This information includes, but is not limited to, domain and/or web browser data. We may follow which website you visited prior to your arrival at our site and the website you visit when leaving www.privatelabeltours.com. So that we may provide you with news and other online services electronically, we may request that you allow us certain personal information, including your full name and e-mail address.
How We May Utilize Your Information
We may use the information you have given us to offer a service, determine guest interest levels in various new products and/or services and inform you as to other products and/or services. If you have given your email address to us or to a company we have partnered with to make their products and services available to you, we may send you e-mail offers.
